SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Free Shipping for all orders $100 or more before tax. We ship $8 flat rate for all orders under $100.

LOCAL PICK UP 

Pick up is located at 439 Vineyard Town Center in Morgan Hill, CA. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up is available Tues-Fri 10am-5pm and Saturday 11am-3pm. We ask that you pick up your items within 5 days of email confirmation as space is limited in our box. If for some reason you cannot pick up during these hours, please email hello@thecactuslounge.com

DELIVERY

Packages returned to Cactus Lounge Boutique for whatever reason will only be re-shipped upon payment for shipping costs by customer. Please make sure that the address selected at time of purchase is correct. Cactus Lounge Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses.  

LOST or STOLEN ITEMS 

Lost/stolen packages are extremely rare, but in the event of a package becoming lost or stolen Cactus Lounge Boutique can not be held responsible. If your package is lost or stolen please check with anyone else living at the residence and/or neighbors. If you are unable to locate your package please contact USPS with your tracking and file a claim with them.

RETURN POLICY

Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors or animal hair or make-up within 10 days of order fulfillment (or 10 days from delivery, if shipped) for store credit only. Items that are FINAL SALE include: sale items and accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, bags, hats, belt, and scarves). NO EXCEPTIONS.  By purchasing online with Cactus Lounge Boutique, you agree to the Return Policy stated here, on our website.

If your order had qualified for free shipping, please note the actual ship cost paid by Cactus Lounge Boutique will be deducted from your return credit.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

It is the customers responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure that all items are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any items that are defective* upon delivery please email Cactus Lounge Boutique at  hello@thecactuslounge.com with pictures and details.

*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" Policy. 

Cactus Lounge Boutique is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags. Please be sure you are careful in opening all packaging, removing any tags, and double check all items for proper washing instructions before laundering.
